At The Velvet Co., we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All products purchased from The Velvet Co. are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Wrong size ordered
Color preference
Personal dislike
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Any other personal preference

Please review the product details, size chart, and images carefully before placing your order.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

A return, replacement, or refund will be accepted only if:

The product is received in a damaged condition, or
The product has a manufacturing defect, or
You receive the wrong product.

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. How to Report a Damaged or Defective Product

To process your request, please email our support team with:

Order Number
Photos of the damaged or defective product
Photos of the outer packaging
An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund or Replacement

After verification, The Velvet Co. may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product (subject to stock availability), or
Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us, The Velvet Co. will arrange the return pickup or bear the return shipping charges.

No return shipping will be provided for requests that do not meet the above conditions.
